I bet that’s Lip’s too.
SORRY FOR SPOILING I WAS CHECKING WHEN THE NEXT EPISODE WAS ON THE WIKI EPISODE LIST AND THEY HAVE A LITTLE INFO ABOUT EACH EPISODE.
Well she might not be pregnant
it just says “Lip and Ian discover the identity of Mandy’s baby.”
So maybe she had one and gave it up for adoption.
